Warehouse Development - Derrimut

E2E Design Group is proud to have delivered structural engineering services for Taleb Property’s new 3,500 m² warehouse facility in Derrimut.

Working in close collaboration with the client, Insight Project Services, and a dedicated team of consultants and trades, our engineers helped bring this industrial project to life. While ensuring the existing warehouse remained fully operational throughout construction.

Our structural scope included the design and documentation of the warehouse’s primary steel framing system, load-bearing elements, and slab-on-ground design tailored for heavy industrial use. Careful consideration was given to lateral stability, portal frame efficiency, and integration with building services, ensuring long-term durability and ease of maintenance.

Through staged coordination and adaptive design, we helped maintain seamless workflow while delivering a high-performance industrial facility that meets contemporary warehouse standards and future growth.
